The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is a bilateral organization facilitating business connections between Italian and Chinese enterprises across industries. During my three-month tenure, I supported the Chamber’s mission of breaking down information barriers and enabling cross-border partnerships in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
From July to September 2025, I collected and organized industry intelligence covering 300+ member companies (both Italian and Chinese) across 20+ cities nationwide, helping bridge the gap between Italian businesses seeking market entry and Chinese partners looking for international collaboration. I supported 5+ high-level business exchange events—from pre-event preparation to on-site coordination—ensuring bilingual communication materials and event execution met the professional standards expected in official institutional settings.
The impact: streamlined access to vetted enterprise information across 20+ cities, successful execution of 5+ bilateral business events, and strengthened institutional capacity to serve as a trusted bridge between Italian and Chinese business ecosystems. This project encompassed corporate database management, cross-cultural business communication, institutional event coordination, and bilingual content adaptation.
