
LBP SYSTEM (Guangzhou LBP Medicine Science & Technology Co., Ltd.) is China’s first publicly listed company in the pathological diagnosis field (Stock Code: 688393), founded in 2005. Focused on products and services for tumor screening and precision diagnosis, the company serves over 2,400 medical institutions across China and has established a global presence with a Singapore branch (SingPath) launched in 2024 to expand into international markets. As an international marketing intern, I support the company’s global market expansion strategy across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and emerging markets—serving as a key operational link between the sales team and international clients in a fast-paced, multi-regional business environment.
In this role, I assist senior sales managers in end-to-end order tracking and follow-up for pathological diagnosis products and services, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses across different time zones and cultural contexts. I support the maintenance and development of international client relationships across multiple regions—coordinating inquiries, advancing client requests, and providing bilingual communication support to bridge language and cultural gaps between the Chinese headquarters and overseas partners.
The impact: contributed to streamlined international client communication supporting LBP SYSTEM’s global expansion strategy, particularly for markets where products hold CE European certification and Japanese regulatory approvals. This work deepened my practical understanding of China’s medical technology export ecosystem, regulatory requirements across different markets, and the unique challenges of bringing precision diagnostic solutions to global healthcare institutions. This project encompasses international sales support, cross-regional client communication, market intelligence collection, and bilingual business coordination in the pathological diagnosis industry.
