SensoryX is a Swiss XR technology startup pioneering wearable haptic devices for immersive experiences. During my 18-month tenure, I supported the company’s market entry and brand establishment in China and Korea, serving as a bridge between European precision engineering and Asian market dynamics.
From June 2023 to December 2024, I participated in 3+ international tech exhibitions across China and Korea—including CES Asia and Korea Tech Expo—managing booth operations, engaging with potential B2B clients, and documenting on-site feedback to support product iteration. At the Shanghai International Electronics Exhibition, I contributed to differentiated social media campaigns that helped SensoryX secure an award for brand innovation. I served as a meeting assistant for high-level business discussions with ByteDance, Samsung, and other tech leaders, providing real-time Chinese-English interpretation and product demonstration support—ensuring that cutting-edge XR concepts were accurately conveyed across languages and cultural contexts. I also assisted with market research and audience insights, supporting the localization of product naming for the Chinese market.
The impact: successful brand presence at 3+ major international expos, award recognition at Shanghai’s Tech G’23, facilitated partnerships with leading tech companies through precise multilingual communication, and contributed to SensoryX’s brand adaptation strategy for Asian markets. This project encompasses international exhibition coordination, B2B communication and interpretation, brand localization research, and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement.
